Fridge / Freezer Temperature Checklist

Use this weekly checklist to ensure that temperature checks are performed twice daily on fridges and freezers in your business.

Monitoring fridge and freezer temperatures regularly is essential to ensure that foods are never stored in the Temperature Danger Zone (between 4°C / 40°F and 60°C / 140°F). Food that is stored in the Temperature Danger Zone has optimal conditions for bacteria to grow and reproduce, potentially to levels that are harmful to humans.
